Re: Chocolate/Caffeine Triggers & Night Awakenings
I can live with being a hose head for the rest of my life but there ain't NO WAY that I'm giving up my dark chocolate! Some things are worth the risk. (he says as he breaks off a piece of chocolate)

Re: PR System One Humidifier Tubing Outlet Connection?
I'm using the same humidifier and I thought the same thing about that elbow at first, it's flimsy and may break. I don't push my hose on very far at all, maybe 1/4 inch or so. There's no need to push that sucker on very far to get a good seal.

Re: 2 odd nights, suggestions?
I apologize, I haven't been able to upload the graphs from sleepyhead yet, but here's what i got. 2 Nights AHI over 8, average is 2 or 3 (only 6 nights worth of data however) The 2 nights I was over 8, they shared the same common traits : No appreciable leaks very few events (less than 1 AHI) until...

Re: Wierd air feeling coming from hose?
I'm very new to all this but it sounds like you're talking about a normal pulse coming from your machine. I'm not exactly sure what these pulses are for but mine does it from time to time as well.

Re: Poll: Do you use your mask as it came or with modifications
My Swift FX came with strap covers so I'd have to vote for one and two.

Re: A little help please?
But your comment got me to thinking so I looked at my PR S1 machine to see if I could spot any other slot that the modem would use to access the machines firmware. I don't see anything else. I haven't ever seen a modem...I don't know how it attaches or access the firmware. Pugsy, The bezel around t...

Re: A little help please?
Thanks again Pugsy!
My RT actually gave me the SD card after removal, I don't know why it was removed in the first place. I just assumed that the modem and card wouldn't work together.

Re: A little help please?
Thanks so much for the explanation Pugsy! I had no idea that my machine wasn't effective for centrals. I watched as my RT set up my machine and she removed the SD card right before she installed the modem. I assumed that the card had to be removed in order for the modem to be snapped into place. I n...

A little help please?
Sleep apnea therapy is very new to me and tonight will be my 10th night in a row. I'm adapting to using the mask and machine and I've been sleeping really well for the last few nights. After my first sleep study I was told that I stopped breathing 50 to 60 times per hour and that at one point my O2 ...
