I have an AS10 and want to get the washable tub. The standard tub starts to get pretty nasty inside over time even though I use RO water exclusively. I quit buying distilled water when I did some research and found that I could use RO water instead.

The most likely reason for missing data is the SD Card not inserted, or not seated properly. For detail data (the graphs) the SD Card must be inserted during the sleep session.
