Could you post a picture of your night guard?

I have patient who have sleeping problems, and their previous dentist had made them a night guard that covers the entire palate.

I'm just like... really? A night guard that covers where the tongue is supposed to rest at night?

DreamDiver, are those heartbeats? I thought it was the machine doing little puffs of air to test if you're in obstructive or clear airway apnea.

Bunch of flattened inspiration curves which would tempt me to bump up PS even higher. These terminated in arousal and a "CA"

All of mine are preceded by a period of increased ventilation, which leads me to believe they are arousal related?


Maybe that high of a PS is leading to inhalation intolerance and increased arousals?

Last night, I dropped EPAP to 12.0 and bumped PS up to 8.0. See the vertical green bar over your hypopnea event in the flow rate graph of the second picture? Just keep left clicking on it, it'll zoom it in. You can do this for any area. Right clicking zooms back out.
