Re: Resmed water chamber issues
When I wake up the next morning and check the water chamber. I noticed that heater plate on the Resmed AirSense 10 and the outside metal plate on the water chamber were sweating water and cold. It seems that water vapor was escaping creating a cooling effect that cause water to condense on the outsi...

Re: Resmed water chamber issues
I have two of the water tanks that made the bottom of the heating plate wet all the time. When I open the top to refill the tank water will run out. Nor sure what is going on. I send a order now for a third tank. This was happening on both standard and dishwasher safe tanks. Update: When I fill both...

Re: CPAP pressure when I wake up
That is usually normal because you wake up your muscles, being more active, is helping to keep the airway more open. The ACPAP will usually lower the pressure at that time.

Re: ResMed N30i User Review
I keep a eye for it, but if the venting is changed to be the similar to the P10 as a weave/mesh. It might be a issue with me. However it looks that the venting is part of the cushion not the frame.

Re: How to stop ResMed's report transmission
I know for a fact that ResMed can update the machine software from their location using the cellular network because I can see the software versions for each part of the machine does change in time. After all you can use your smartphone to transmit files on it using the cellular network to another p...

Re: How to stop ResMed's report transmission
Can the CPAP settings be changed remotely? Yes, it's a "feature".. Helpful for people who haven't found this site. I am more concerned that some hacker could change the settings while I sleep. Why it has a airplane mode if the connection is safe to begin with? That would be awful and it is on the c...

I noticed that My Pillow was in the news lately and cops were called to a cardboard cutout. So much attention to a cardboard cutout all over the internet.

Re: Problems with airflow for Resmed P10
EVIDENCE OF AIRFIT P10 VENT OBSTRUCTION CAUSING HYPERCAPNIA Thanks for the link at ApneaBoard which shows how vent mesh looks like. There is no round holes just I though, just slits too small for me to see. The mesh looks more like a cloth weave but plastic instead. Even when new the P10 I tried wa...

Re: Best pillow for side sleepers
I have a memory foam contour pillow. The dip in the middle extends to the sides and helps to prevent the mask being pulled off by the pillow. However I am getting the latex version of the same contour pillow because my head will stay more on top of the pillow thru-out the night. The problem I have w...

Re: SleepyHead Mac OSX CMS-50D+ problems - please help
It sounds like you are able to use SpO2Assistant to download the file if I understand you correctly. You must have the today data from the CPAP already downloaded on SleepyHead. You use the daily tab and select the day with the CPAP data and then you can import the SpO2 file into Sleepyhead adjustin...
