Why don't you work on it for awhile and see if you can come up with something better.
You are not worthy.
That's it!?

16 hours and that's all you could come up with!?

Well, this is a support forum.

Perhaps someone will chime in with a more (>-0-) clever retort.

I'll probably give it a few weeks before I give up on it all and move on for a while.
Perhaps that's the overall eventual goal.

Re: Trump falling asleep in court

Dude probably gets 5 hours of sleep per night. Well I would say he sleeps four to five hours a night. While they say he's a "short sleeper", judging by what's happening (a pseudo-MSLT), doesn't look that way. And if that's the case, he's built up a sleep debt that will NEVER get repaid.

Re: OT.....Trump falling asleep in court

I need some help here. I'm trying to create a graph.

My question is:

Does D.H.'s post represent the apogee or the perigee of his stupidity?

TIA.

Re: sleep study, what does it all mean?

Short version: This is all very confusing. I think we can get some clarity if you can upload images of all of your sleep studies and a few nights of SleepHQ. I ask about OSA diagnosis because my last 3 sleep studies diagnosed me as having UARS I usually have a bunch of RERAs that they never mentione...

Re: general question about flow limitations

I would also argue that EDS would be generally related to the severity of the RERA Index (i.e., not possible that @4.9 you're fine, @5.1 you're completely debilitated).

But hey, what do I know? I'm just a retired HCW who only visits Upstate New York.

...you agreed with LL. Not necessarily with Jason, but rather the definition of RERA, which comes from Da Rules: If electing to score respiratory effort-related arousals, score a respiratory event as a respiratory effort-related arousal (RERA) if there is a sequence of breaths lasting ≥ 10 seconds ...

Re: general question about flow limitations

It is only fair for you to provide a clarifying answer. Well, life's not fair now, is it? The larger issue (as I see it) is that people look at the definition of UARS, see "an RDI <5" and nothing else and think they're going to solve all their problems with a CPAP machine. After years of xPAP thera...

Re: sleep study, what does it all mean?

Do I have OSA? That depends. If I say "no" will you go ballistic? Are you wishing you have OSA because that would explain all your issues and provide you with a convenient solution? Your slow wave sleep numbers are confusing. Previous results showed virtually none. Now you have tons. Your sleep eff...
