I sleep on my back virtually 100% of the time.

My AHI for has been 0.31 for the last year.
I set my minimum pressure close to what my needs are 13cm.

Do any of you sleep on your back with your PAP device? I’m sure you might need higher pressure, but my nose is definitely less congested when I lay on my back. I’ve been avoiding it because my jaw drops when I fall asleep, but I want to try a cervical collar to see if that helps.
