Thanks for asking, mainly below 3 per hour , I work so many odd hours I haven't got into the oscar thing. I am feeling better. Not sleeping any longer but the time I am asleep is definitely better quality. Xx

Hi all, Sleep study revealed an AHI of 19.9 so cpap was offered to me..
