Remstar manual
Hi all .I am looking for a Remstar Plus clinicians manual. The machine is circa 2005 (tank) with 5 buttons on/off ,humidifier, ramp and < >. Anyone have a soft copy of this in the archives?

Hans Rudolph users HELP please
I picked up a V2 from the auction and while giving it the once over I noticed the "sampling ports" are not covered. Are these ports for supplimental O2 ? And should they be capped for normal use ? Online searchs have not made it clear .

Re: did dme give wrong machine??
NO!! The Plus is not data capable. You need to get up to at least the Pro for meaningful data ,the plus only reports compliance. If this is truly what your friend was told at the DME,they were lied to.

Re: Amazing But True! DME Story
Congrats! Looks like your on your way to good health.I've had numerous bad dealings with DME's,the RT"s on the other hand are usually very interested in helping out and a good number of them really know there stuff. It's unfortunate they are caught in the middle of a high profit game. Glad you found ...

Re: Zzz ff vs. Hans Rudolph ff
Haven't tried the ZZZ ,but am a 432 user as your profile says you are and I also have a HR.The 432 is my goto mask and gives me the best leak results(both comfort and encore pro #'s )of any mask I have tried. It also leaves nasty mask marks on my face until midmorning. I purchased the Hans Rudolph se...

Re: Amitriptyline experiences anyone
Check with your doctor. Could you have had a bad night regardless of the meds? I agree.Just trying to get up in the A.M. was the red flag for me, even pre cpap treatment wasn't that tough and I took it expecting great things.I cut it in half and gave it a go last night with no ill effects, in a wee...

Amitriptyline experiences anyone
I was prescribed Amitriptyline 10mg at bedtime to help with back and shoulder pain and improve my quality of sleep.Have only taken it one night and slept (if you can call it that ) horrible,I felt like I tossed and turned all night until the alarm went off and spent another couple of hours in and ou...

Re: VitalAire Not too happy with them.
Fredman, I believe the ADP (Assistive Devices Program ) is only available in Ontario. It is a great plan in helping those that can't afford good equipment ,but gets abused by over inflated prices at the DME's to get the max money out the plan (75% up to$760 or $780 I don't remember the actual amount)...

Re: VitalAire Not too happy with them.
I played the ADP game with Medigas with the same overpriced ,lousy results and moved on to the most wounderful R.R.T. you could imagine at my local Vitalaire.Trouble was she was all about the patient and a hosehead herself and Vitalaire was quick to get rid of her. When I bought my auto I came to CPA...
