I never had ear infections as a child...never. In the 3 years since starting CPAP I have had no less than 15 seperate infections. Middle ear, inner ear...all of the above. I dont have the same machine...but I never hear noise from my humidifier. The plate under my tank is always quite warm in the morning. I refill my tank every day...then again I have my pressure at 17 and my humidifier set at 5.

What kind of soap are you using in your soapy water mix? I know when I used something to harsh for a few weeks I ended up with my pillows not working so well.
