Simple 100% cure for mask rainout
Like your bedroom cold like I do? I discovered if you take a hand towel (thick or thin) and drape it loosely over your mask whether on your back or side, it stops rainout. It works for me. I guess the heat from your face will warm the mask enough to do the job.

Re: Dry mouth problem
That didn’t work for me. But I just had a thought My pressure is set at 10. If I lower it to eight will I get more humidity as the air is not moving over the humidifier as fast.

Dry mouth problem
I haven’t posted here in quite a while. I finally found a full face mask that works for me and does not leak. I have the humidity up all the way. I have 2 machines and tried them both and when breathing through my mouth with the highest setting of humidity I get terrible dry mouth. Is there anything...

Autopap for nasal congestion
For 11 years now I have been having sleep issues because of nasal congestion. I can't use a full face mask. If I switch to an AUTOPAP will that help "blast" through my congestion and allow me to sleep better?

Sudafed questions
I have written here over the years about my nasal congestion while trying to comply with my cpap. I have found over the last few months I have been getting worse. My sleep has been greatly affected. Last night I tried to go to sleep at 10pm and only got about an hour before getting stuffy. I went do...

Re: Question about a solar panel
Thank you all for your advice, I really appreciate it. It's clear to me now that 13 W isn't going to cut it. My pressure is 10 and I don't have to use humidity but I live in central New York where the winter sun is pathetic. I will be returning it.

Re: Why do turbinates swell at night?
I have your exact same problem. It has happened to me for years now. I get up in the middle of the night after sleeping for three hours or so have to come downstairs watch TV for an hour and a half or so then back to bed and maybe repeat. I haven't found anything that works. I have tried everything ...

Question about a solar panel
I recently bought a 13 watt solar panel in the hopes of charging my battery for my CPAP. I called the company to find out if this will be able to charge my battery in one full day of sunshine but they did not get back to me. Does anyone have any experience with a 13 W solar panel and do they know wh...

Re: POLL: Recliner sleeping and calf pain/discomfort
I am fairly sure that the problem with my calves is muscular, tendon or ligiment related. I don't thing a clot is the problem. I don't have PAD as I can walk all I want and not have pain in my legs.

Just curious how many of you have whole house generators that automatically come on during a power failure.

CPAP EMBARRASSMENT WHILE NAPPING IN CAR
I am planning a trip to Canada later this summer and was wondering if anyone here has been a passenger in a car and wanted to take a nap with their CPAP (using a backup battery) but was concerned about other drivers staring at you.

Re: Any luck with using Snor-x
I am not skeptical of these devices; I am dismayed to see these worthless things being sold. If any one of these devices actually worked, people with OSA would be flocking to that device and the main stream media would be covering them. The people selling devices like these are preying on people wh...
