I use velcro on my headgear when it starts to wear out. Works like a charm.

I did go over the sleep doctors recommendation for a plain old cpap. I went to my regular doc and explained what I wanted and he cheerfully wrote me a new script. I returned and fired the first DME and went elsewhere but I was only about 10 days into therapy.

Either your mask is leaking big time. Or you are mouth breathing and need to address that….. or your pressure is not high enough on your machine. Could be one thing or a combination of everything.
