What I ultimately tried was a bipap AutoSV machine, which doesn't entirely fix things but is a better match. Not many clinicians seem to know about these, though. It's what I'm now using.

If I understand what you're asking, the answer seems to be no. The old data and the new, all the .001 files are 85 bytes as reported by my mac's OS.

here's an attachment... looks like the data went wonky around mid-December, with a lot of 44:57 sessions showing up in lieu of the actual sessions.
