There is nothing in the world better to hear than the words "negative". I am a 9 year breast cancer survivor, and I do not even have to go to the oncologist anymore - my regular doctor does my yearly blood tests.

I use my FFM during a severe cold, so the clogged nose does not bother me.

I just got rid of a 2 week cold, with Zyrtec D as prescribed by my doctor - it worked very well for the congestion.

I wash mine in the morning and hang it over the bedroom door, with the mask behind the door - it keeps it from getting dusty and the hose can drip dry.
