do you have an opinion on climate change? Yes, I do have an opinion -> If you stay snug in a rug, climate change should not be a problem for you. Thank you! But seriously, I do believe in climate change. What little I know about it, the climate has constantly been changing since the birth of the ea...

Hierarchical-individualistic people (HI from here on) believe rights, duties, goods, and offices should be distributed differentially and on the basis of people's own decisions without collective interference or assistance. Egalitarian-communitarian (EC) people, by contrast, believe rights and good...

Re: Sleep apnea treatment with oral appliance in India
Are oral appliances not effective to treat sleep apnea then? Thanks. It is a gamble - works for some, doesn't work for others. Re: Memory and mental sharpness
Hi all, I've been lurking this forum for a while now and recently registered. I was diagnosed with OSA back in late August with an AHI of 21.8, with my machine set at 8-12cm. Very disappointed that no one has asked you what your AHI and leak rate are now. For all we know your AHI may still be 21. D...

Re: Found a Full Face Mask for High Pressures
Are you sleeping on your back? Was your pressure titrated for backsleeping?
IMO, everyone who has a high pressure should experiment with sidesleeping or stomachsleeping. You may be able to get good therapy with a much lower pressure. Search in Mars posts for "positional sleep apnea".
