It was a v2.01 machine, but when I took it in to the DME, it misbehaved right on cue. Since it was still under warranty, they just swapped it out with another model (v 3.01? the grey parts are a little darker).

Wow! Nicely done. I haven't had that kind of success with the Mirage FX, but I will say that once I got it figured out, it's been pretty good to me. Still struggling with leaks around the eyes.

Tell us why easylife didn't work? I tried it, was ok but not perfect. Did you make sure the inside mask was properly sealed before using? Glad to hear it worked. I know when I first met with the sleep specialist, he mentioned that surgery was an option, but "it has about a 50/50 shot of working", while CPAP is a 90% success rate. So it sounds like you were on that side of the tally!
