Re: Hybrid mask nasal pillow life.....
A follow-up - it turns out that it was the fact that my unscented baby wipes weren't getting the pillows clean enough. I started using those little alcohol prep wipes and I get a month out of the pillows now. But since the mask is now discontinued and supply of the pillows will start to dry up, I gu...

Re: Hybrid mask nasal pillow life.....
I tried the Amara View but when it makes the seal around my nose it puts a very gentle pressure on my nares, making it hard to breath. I remember a very long time ago having the same issue with any of the full face masks that seal across the bridge of my nose. I guess I'll have to get used to replac...

Hybrid mask nasal pillow life.....
I've been using the Mirage Liberty mask for many, many years. I seem to only get about two week's life out of the pillows before they start leaking. The other day I went to order another batch of pillows and see that prices have increased by almost 300% making me wonder about alternatives and I have...

If I'm reading correctly if the ENT prescribes aids then they'll pay $2500. Fingers crossed.

Re: Off Topic - Hearing Aid Help.....
I don't know much about hearing aids, but my husband did a lot of shopping around and went with Costco hearing aids. They were a good deal for his moderate (toward severe) hearing loss. Better than what Kaiser offered for more money. Be sure to shop around. They do take a lot of adjusting to! Good ...

Mirage Liberty Parts in Portlanf, OR??
So I'm traveling in Portland OR and the elbow on my Resmed Mirage Liberty mask that clips on to the mask itself has cracked at the part that lets you connect/disconnect it from the mask. It's still relatively usable but it'd be better if it could be replaced. Tomorrow (Wed.) we're driving to Seattle...

Re: Complaints about Lincare
Hi, New here. I deal with Lincare too. Did they come over to your house and drop off an overnight pulse oximeter for you to wear on your finger to check your oxygen levels? They ask the doctor if they can get this on anyone who is short of breath, or a potential oxygen client. DME companies such as...
