Re: Poll: How many need an alarm to wake up?

I have always used an alarm as my natural sycle is not getting up at 5:30 am. I have notitced though since I have been using the machine for a week, although not all night, I can get up pretty easy now when the alarm goes off, not hit snooze for 40 minutes. I will probably still need to use an alarm...

Re: Question regarding Dental Device vs. CPAP

Spidey: I think the way to tell if it is positional, is to sleep on your back and see the number on the machine and then sides and see the number and see if it lowers down. When I got my test done with the machine, I sleep everywhere, as I didnt got to an actual sleep clinic to be watdched, just ho...

Falling asleep as soon as I wasnt engaged in anything. Having to stop on the highway if alone and have a ...

Re: Tonight will be my first night using CPAP

Since this was my first night, I did notice that I couldn't get a full breath when I was awake those 2 hours with the machine. The plus is the air created a vacuum of sorts, or whatever, and my moth wouldn't fall open, unless I forced it a little Does your machine have the ramp feature? If so, turn...

Re: Tonight will be my first night using CPAP

Well last night didn't go a smooth as I wanted. Went to bed at 11, machine on ad it actually wasn't that bad to get used to. But then I woke up at 2 am for some reason. Im having allergies right now so nose breathing got to hard. And after 2 hours of lying there with the machine on and no success of...
