The problem with Benadryl is that its active ingredient, Hydroxyzine
The active ingredient in Benadryl is diphenhydramine. This is a different drug than hydroxyzine.

This is the new mantra... Observe the symptoms, note them, then look deeper and address the root cause.  There is only one treatment for the root cause - Bimaxillary Advancement Surgery - https://sleep-doctor.com/surgical-treatment-overview/maxillomandibular-advancement/ Go for it: https...

Re: Started Using Humidifier On CPAP Machine, Instantly Got Sick

Naegleria fowleri! Legionella! The sky is falling! I'd like to see you cite one case of Legionella from CPAP. There are two cases ( https://www.sleep-journal.com/article/S1389-9457(13)00228-1/abstract ) of an association . Associations prove nothing. The infections could have come from dozens of pl...

That's why the humidifier runs dry - air is rushing out the mouth carrying water vapor with it. Of course, this also causes dry mouth. The user s...

Re: Best to wash nasal mask

tap water has high mineral content Here is what I would do and have done: - Wash with Palmolive and tap water - Rinse well with tap water - Use the cool setting on a hair dryer to blow all the water off the mask The last step gets the water off before it evaporates and leaves mineral deposits. Be c...

Can you click on the Events tab and post the screenshot again. It would be helpful to see how long some of the events are. You will also need to open up the events to see when they happened and how long.
