Question for the side sleepers
I currently use a Swfit FX mask and I've tried to side sleep but the mask moves. I'm a back sleeper but I'm noticing I wake up alot and I think it's do to sleeping in the same position all night. Curious to know what all you side sleepers use for a mask (that doesn't move around). Also, I use a chin...

Breas Z2 users?
Hello I recently purchased the Breas Z2 portable cpap machine and I'm having a hard time figuring how to solve my problem of not being able to really exhale out (nasal pillow user) as there is too much pressure coming in. I'm not 100% sure what APAP pressure I should have it set at but it seems all ...

CPAP supplies
Hello
Question for folks here. When you order your CPAP supplies do you find a local business or do you order online? I just recently switched insurances and my current supplier doesn't accept my new insurance.

Re: Nasal pillow mask and side sleepers
Forgot to mention that I have to wear a chinstrap as I tend to be a mouth breather. Full face masks won't work due to my claustrophobic issues.
Thanks for all the reply's.

Nasal pillow mask and side sleepers
Hello Anyone here a nasal pillow wearer and able to sleep on their side? If so, what mast are you using? I have the Swift FX and I've tried sleeping on my side, but the mask moves around a bit. I've been a back sleeper for some time now, but I'm getting post nasal drip and it's affecting my lungs. T...

Re: Seattle CPAP supplies
Yelp seems to have decent reviews for Bellevue Healthcare: that’s who I intend on using once my sleep study results come back (taking way too long). I’ve been in there, checking it out, they attend to you quickly enough, and I was able to quickly verify my doctor’s office had sent people there befo...

Seattle CPAP supplies
Anyone in the Seattle area here? Who do you get your supplies from? I've been using Performance Home Medical and I just can't stand them anymore. Their ordering and delivery system is 50/50 hit or miss. Just tried of their ineptitude.
Thanks

Nasal pillow to FFM or Hybrid
A question for the nasal pillow users who switched to a FFM or Hybrid. Which mask did you eventually find that works for you? Just looking for some recommendations. I'm getting tired of wearing a chin strap
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Any nasal mask users switch to a FF mask or Hybrid?
Pugsy Thank you for your feedback. I don't think I tried any hybrid types. I tried a couple FF masks when I first started using CPAP. Just couldn't get over how uncomfortable they were and they did trigger that claustrophobia issue I have. Also, I struggled with mouth breathing. The air I blew out f...

Any nasal mask users switch to a FF mask or Hybrid?
Hello I've been using a Swift FX mask for a couple years now, but I get some leaks and I have very irritable nasal cavities and I'm thinking maybe it's time I switch to a full face mask or possibly a hybrid. My ONLY concern is that I have a small case of claustrophobia. I've tried on a couple face m...

Help with FF mask
Long story short. I'm wearing a nasal pillow mask and it works, however, I have pretty irritated nasal passages. I have a little claustrophobia issue and I've tried a couple of the FF masks (Amara View and one other) and I just couldn't get them to work. I tried a couple nights but struggled keeping...

How often do you all clean your hoses? Is there any particular cleaning solution that is best?

Ear popping/discomfort
Wondering if any nasal pillow users have ever experienced ear discomfort or the sensation of your ears need popping? These last couple months I've notice my ears starting to hurt a little but. Only at night when I lay down and as the night progresses while sleeping. I have an appointment with an ENT...

Re: Ears feel like they're popping
Dropped the pressure to 15 from 16 and the ear pressure was less. I don't have an access of wax as I clean my ears often. I've tried 3 different full face masks (albeit, not for very long) but with my claustrophobia it's just not an issue for me. I've been wearing my mask for a full year now and the...

Re: Ears feel like they're popping
Pressure is at 16 currently.
I'll check my data this weekend when I install Sleepyhead
I am having allergies/sinus issues too and this maybe related. Never thought about wax build up. Might bring this up with my family doc next week when I have my physical.
Thanks
