I have a full beard, which varies in length from about a 1/4 of an inch to 3/4 of an inch. I use a full a full mask and have never had a problem with leaks.

Thanks to all of you who posted here! Great information. I started using RemZzz a week ago and have seen a great improvement in less leaks, noise and soreness on the bridge of my nose. I will be looking into using Pad-a-Cheek as well.
