fatigue,brain fog,lack of energy,maybe insomnia I am just curious because a guy I work with asked me if my doc did a blood test and that he had low b12 and cortisol and iron and said he thought it was from years of untreated apnea.My Doctor didn't order anything so I was just wondering

Just curious if once you got your sleep apnea under control did anyone find any underlying issues such as vitamin or mineral defecency ?

I just read a article where people who take a ppi(nexium etc)have a better chance low vitamin b12 because of lack of acid in your stomach and also the bigger the dose the percentage of being low goes as the longer you take it,i have took nexium for a while I may need to look into this with my Doc an...

from my own experience being extremely tired for a extended period of time really makes me a different person(easily agitated,racing thoughts like will I sleep tonight or not,etc)but I am 24 days in with cpap and I can honestly say its a lot better I cant run a marathon yet and some good nights some...

Don't know what happened but woke up at 10am which haven't done since I was a teen,everything seemed to click no mask leak finally got my pillow in a good position,ahi was a 2 and 90% pressure a 14 usually 15 or higher lets hope this continues,still no boost of energy but boy I felt like a normal hu...

i went to 13 pugsy with no complications had trouble with nasal leaks so switched back to full face fell asleep around 1am up at 545am funny not terribly tired,alittle concerned of lack of hours but must be better quality I guess,will take some getting use to but im in for the long haul,better night...

lisinpril,nexium,crestor I think I have good sleep hygiene overall,tonight when I get home I will be doing my first sleepy head graphs now that we got are new router and I am able to log in
