Re: EXHAUSTED--Trying to get AHI down
I did not realize, my machine was listed as wrong. I had a Resmed Vpap-STA. It is not even in the list. I do not have my last sleep study. I do not think it would be very valuable, because a large portion of the night I did not sleep. I do have the manual for my machine. I ordeded the neck collar. H...

Re: EXHAUSTED--Trying to get AHI down
[*]i will try to get my ivaps charts up. This is not an easy task for the semi literate computer person. I do wear a ffm, and am clean shaven most days. Lol. I am female.
Not sure what you mean about reamed info though.
Do agree that I can't be bouncing around with different settings

Re: EXHAUSTED--Trying to get AHI down

Re: EXHAUSTED--Trying to get AHI down
ressp rate 12.8-28. with 95%--17.
When I initally started my CPAP journey and had a home CPAP study. They asked if I took off my monitoring equipment, because they had a hard time registering my numbers because when I got to sleep, I don't breath deep, imagine that

Re: EXHAUTED--Trying to get AHI down
New machine not an option at this time. $$$$$
Can change the mode on my machine to ivaps, pac, t or just s. Tried a asv machine 2 years ago and my numbers were awful. I think I need the backup rate to deal with my hypopnea

EXHAUSTED--Trying to get AHI down
Have been using BIPAP with full face mask for over 3 years. Have adjusted my settings, but recently my AHI is all over the place. I sleep awful. Wake up at least once, sometimes 3 or 4 times a night. I am exhausted in the am, by 1000 in the am I am ready for a nap. Last sleep study I had was over a ...

Sleepyhead software glitch
I have been downloading with sleepy head for quite some time. Now when I try to download it wants me to pick a file. Have tried several different files, but they wont open. So must not be the right one. Before it has always known where to download. I even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. HELP
