FYI: Some older swivel connectors where designed to leak. The swivel was the vent.

Throw the water chamber away. Pop the lid off the humidifier and clean the outlet port with a mild bleach or anti-mold cleaner.

The motor can be getting worn out. It may build enough pressure but the flow may be diminished. A calibration may be the only way to tell. What machine is it and how many hours?

There is a list of venders on a thread if you want to see if you have a local company. It's the blower, I bet it has error codes 22, 24, or 30. Early Respironics for blower issues.
