I have been using the Amara View for the last 2 years and its going fairly well. I was thinking of switching to the Liberty. I would like opinions on comfort, fit and leaks.
Also, if anyone knows how sizes compare, I take a Medium in the Amara View
Thanks Much.

F30 Review
I received my F30 0n Friday and have worn it the last 2 nights. So far, not so good. I bought a Medium and that matches with the sizing template that came with it. I also take a Med with the Amara View. I cant seem to get it right yet. When I tighten the straps to stop the leaks it puts to much pres...

Well, I took the plunge. I have been using the Amara view for most of my 2 year cpap life, so, time for an upgrade.
I should have it next week, will post an opinion soon after. Fingers crossed.

Ot: Vacation
Back in January of this year we started planning a vacation to Washington D.C. At that time someone had mentioned cruising and cpap in response to a posting...hmmm. So here we are, the Enchantment of the Seas leaves Port Canaveral on Monday and my honey and I will be on her. Inspiration comes at you...

Re: PR Amara View Mask Question
I have used the Amara View for well over a year and know well what you're referring to. I suspect if you cut the strip, the cushion will ride up your nose like a standard FFM, and you will get bad mouth and nose bridge leaks.. You could always test it on an old cushion. I am kinda curious myself.

OT: Cataract Surgery
Hi, I had cataract surgery on my left eye on Friday. I was told to wear a shield over my eye so I don't accidentally rub it at night. Both nights the tape has come loose and the shield has fallen off. I used 2 different types of tape too. I think, from my movement, the mask straps are taking it off....

Re: The agony of death...
I feel your pain, last year my trusty cordless drill started growing tired and finally died. He was 10 years old, 85 in power tool years. I wrapped him in a blue tarp with his favorite 18 volt battery. I buried him next to then garage, overlooking the fence we spent so many hours building, so many y...

Re: Beards with Respironics DreamWear Full Face Mask?
I bought it new from Secondwind a few weeks ago. They are nice enough folks. and come well recommended here, but they don't offer return insurance on masks. As an Amara View user, and fairly happy with it, I assumed this would be a good upgrade...WRONG. I don't have a beard or mustache, but I have h...

Re: Respironics DreamWear Full Face Mask Review
I just got this mask yesterday, from Secondwind Cpap, Got home late from work, and set it up. It has very loud Darth Vader breathing, much louder than my Amara View. I decided to use the old and mess with the new today. Any suggestions on the loud breathing noise?

My sleep study showed an ahi of 21. After about 6 months, 3 different masks, and several pressure adjustments, my ahi runs around a 2. Anything less is just showing off

Re: A new mask by Philips Amara View and Dreamwear combo
As an Amara View user this really looks promising.
Smaller cushion, magnetic clips, less headgear, top hose hook-
up, all very appealing.
Thanks for the post
