Re: Airsense 10 portable battery/power source help!
I have been looking for something too, not so much for camping but as a power backup incase of outages. This one seems to fit the bill and is designed for CPAP machines. It's recommended that you turn off heated humidifier and heated hose. What do you think? EASYLONGER Portable Power Station, 96000m...

Re: COVID-19, CPAP and Ventilators
Folks....we have multiple threads on this same discussion...before posting duplicate information please check for recent threads/posts with same information. There's no sense in wasting board resources with so much duplicate information when it is easily reduced if people would look around the rece...

Mercedes to produce CPAP machines for COVID-19 patients
Interesting article. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/health-52087002 I know that these machines will be specially adapted for this purpose. Just wondering what settings you all would change on your own machines should you succumb to COVID-19, if you're not in need of medical assistance? I'm thinking ...

Re: Concern Over Sleep Apnea and Coronavirus Transmission
Some do I believe, but from what I'm reading they don't know enough about viral load with covid-19 to clarify this. Best to assume it does.

Re: Concern Over Sleep Apnea and Coronavirus Transmission
Truly, if you are positive for Covid 19 or have suspicious symptoms, you should be isolated in a single room and not share any air space with family members. It doesn't matter if you are on CPAP or not, as long as you are breathing (and certainly if you are sneezing and coughing) you are shedding v...

Re: F20 Mask elbow question
Has anyone had problems with the new ResMed F20 exhalation Valve elbow? I just got a replacement mask and the elbow doesn’t allow ANY air out. My old one was fine, so I switched it out. Maddening. Does ResMed respond to problems like this and send replacement parts? What do you mean by 'exhalation ...

Thank you very much, I'll set it this evening in that caseOkie bipap wrote: ↑Tue Sep 18, 2018 11:28 amWith Resmed machines, you set the actual time. They do not rely on time zones. You need to make time changes after noon and before you log any usage for the night.

Re: Machine only says an hour and a half?
Unless you are in the habit of sleeping late, not really necessary. The clinicians manual has the instructions. Request it from apneaboard. I found date and time under 'configuration' but it won't let you set a time in the past. It's not important enough to spend quality vacation time on, I know ho...
