Re: Forest Fire Smoke

Last year when smoke season was on, I changed my fine filter twice in 12 days--it was black--when usually I can go for up to 6 weeks or so before it needs to be changed out. No ...

Re: Fitting DreamStation Auto & Gear in Travel Bag?
If you are talking about the regular carry case for the machine, the DreamStation with humidifier attached should fit into the larger compartment in the base of the case. The power brick and cord go in the smaller compartment with the velcro-tabbed flap. The hose(s) can be coiled to slide into the m...

Re: New to Site But Not To Diagnosis...DESPERATE!!!
If it was me, I'd ask the hospital Emergency Room if it was possible to get a loaner unit, or at least obtain some advice from their perspective. But, I am not in the USA and so don't know all the ins and outs of whatever medical charges or insurance situations that would all entail. Just a thought....

Just have to keep pushing and getting used to this being the new normal (that's really the hardest part). Using it for a night or a few nights, is one thing, but getting your head around being permanent is what I'm finding most challenging psychologically. Welcome to the forum. There are a lot of d...

Re: Difficulty removing hose from APAP
The end of the hose that connects to the machine has a sort of clip arrangement: squeeze both the pads on the hose end to release it. (I'm making the assumption you also have the heated hose for the humidifier. . . ) However, the other end of the hose, that connects to the mask, is simply a rubber s...

One needn't actually travel to attend the meeting; apparently it will be live-streamed, so one can join in from the comfort of one's own computer space. Still need to register, though.
