Re: OSCAR v1.2.0 is released 10/10/2020
I started this journey 5 years ago, and found this site and downloaded Sleepyhead software. It's been a challenge to digest the information on here, look at downloads, try different masks, and find the sweet spot where everything works. So thankful for the team that carried the software on to it's n...

Re: Great Option for 12 V to 24V converter for Resmed S9 or S10 Machines
I ordered this item back in January to use along with a deep cycle marine battery and my Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset. It did not work for me, and I had to return it.
I spent a little extra money and bought this one, Resmed 37297 Air10 DC-DC Converter, from Amazon, and it works just fine.

Re: VA diagnosed with SA
What willis said. I get my CPAP supplies from the VA. All I had to do was ask and provide a copy of my sleep report and prescription.

Re: Respironics System One
My first CPAP was a PR System One, brand new. Humidifier didn't work from day one. The DME replaced it with another new one and it worked. I migrated to a Dreamstation, then an Airsense 10 Autoset. I've never looked back.

Unscented baby wipes from Sams Club. Effective and inexpensive by the case.

Re: ResMed new nasal cradle mask - AirFit N30
I've been using Dreamwear cushion for a few years, but plagued with leak issues, especially as the nosepiece aged. I recently got connected with CPAP supplies through the VA and was issued a new mask to try, the N30i. My numbers and leak rate have really been in much tighter control. I switched from...

Re: Attack on Cpaptalk, Sleepyhead, Mark Watkins by Psychology Today
I guess he will be pushing the virtues of Soclean next. Four years ago when I began this journey, I had an initial sleep study, a titration study, was given a brick, and never heard anything from the pulmonologist since. I found a new Dreamstation Auto and tried various masks and adjustments, follow...

I have to do that once a week or so. Makes a huge difference to trim nasal hair.

Re: Dream Mapper Again
I'm having the same issue with the app as well. I like it for the same reason, a quick look see upon awakening. Stalls, doesn't download the data, et. al. At some point, it does finally show up but hopefully they'll get the bugs resolved.

Re: Sleep Master Wireless XPAP data transfer
Well, after several tries, this way and that way, nothing works, so the FlashAir card was a bust. Will return it for a refund. Would have been nice if I had gotten it to work.
