I use an EnduriMed memory foam pillow and I love it! It lets me sleep on my side comfortably with a FFM on. Highly recommended!

Have you tried sleeping with earplugs to block the noise?

I take 10mg of the "Time Release" (this is important because it helps me stay asleep) type of Melatonin a night. Works great for me. If regular Melatonin isn't helping you stay sleep, I recommend trying the Time Release type.

I was having the same issue as the OP and what I did after reading this thread and getting the idea from one of palerider's posst in this topic was I was replaced the air filter (which I think was in a bad position which was apparently causing the issue) with a new one which solved the issue for me....

I would contact the place where you got it from to see if they can send it in for repair or replacement of some kind.

For me it was just getting the right pressure dialed in at my Sleep Study.

I would wake up after an hour or two in a panic gasping and / or screaming because my air supply was being cut down severely or cut off. That stopped once my airway was kept open with the CPAP machine.

I always just top off the water chamber the next morning and I've never had an issue (when using distilled water).

Finding the right pressure setting and getting other settings dialed in. Finding a comfortable mask and the right humidity setting and hose temperature help make it more comfortable, too.

If all you use is distilled water you really don't ever need to clean it.
