Your leaks are not bad enough to affect your treatment. I you are running a strait 20 cm pressure, you may want to talk to your doctor about getting a different machine. Most bi-level machines go as high as 25cm pressure. Right now, you are running your machine at its maximum output all night long....

The night with the worst leaks was Sunday night but even that one was not bad. It does not look like leaks play a part in your treatment. It looks more like your events are positional and a soft cervical collar may help prevent your chin tucking to your chest and obstructing your airway

I think someone does not know what they are taking about.... The Bipap treats with pressure the ASV is a very expensive machine that treats on a breath by breath basis pushing pressure high when needed leaving it low when not. However to Quailify for ASV you need to fail CPAP and BiLevel The BiLevel...

I would suggest that you are going to need an ASV machine to treat your symptoms the majority of you Apnea is central and without a bilevel with a backup rate or asv there is nothing we can do to reduce the events. You need to go backtoyour sleep doctor the bilevel us not helping

The resmed escape is a complete brick cpap machine all it provides is usage times it does not even give a reading of AHI yiu need a bettef machine than that

Adjusting the Rise Time may help as this controls the change from EPAP to IPAP.

One other question is your tube set the the correct type ? All of my resmed machines came with a slimline tube or the heated tube and not a standard tube?

The ASV is a specialist machine for treating Complex Sleep Apnea. Without graphs from sleepyhead we cannot make any suggestions.
