I have been trying to dial in my pressure.....I prefer to set a constant pressure.....And while this may be a silly question, forgive me, but can setting to high of a pressure actually be more harmful than beneficial....

So, I keep a steady pressure of 11.2 but I have been using EPR at level 2....not really for comfort but for aerophagia......but I have it under control thru other discoveries etc.....I would like to stop using EPR....I just think it makes for better therapy with a constant air pressure.....My silly ...

Cub4, your are right sir......I was using the nuance pro for a while...I really like it....simple system, with ease of air reaching where it needs to.....I just got tired of moving hose back and forth when switching sides.....switched to the dreamwear.....love the setup, and love sleeping with it......

I tried the dreamwear gel the last couple nights.....I do like the fit of the gear, like the hose behind me, and it does fit more securely on the nose with less potential of leaks.....I will say, air flow does not feel as strong, due to the air going thru the head gear.....I can tell in the beginnin...
