Distilled Water Shortage?

Is anyone else finding it more difficult to find distilled water in stores? The shelves where I am near DC seem to be pretty empty lately.

Re: .

Man, it's been forever since I've been on here. I was posting on other threads about erections. It's been a couple of years for me now since I started having erection issues. I think I noticed some improvement with erections when I got back on my CPAP after about 2 years of being off. As some other ...

Re: ED and Sleep Apnea

Ah, that's good to know. I've had some morning wood come back, but it's not a very regular thing. I've been working on my fitness, too, so the nocturnal/morning erections have certainly started coming back since I got back on CPAP and was working out. I need to get back on the horse with the working...

Re: ED and Sleep Apnea

Yeah, I guess I'm open to possibilities and ideas. I met with a urologist on Thursday and he seemed to brush off the heart issues suggeston and didn't seemed concerned. Had more of a "you're not 22" vibe to our conversation. So he set my worries at ease a bit. I just find myself a bit envious of the...

Re: ED and Sleep Apnea

It's been a long time since I've been on here. Been back on the CPAP over a year now. It hasn't been a magic solution to the boners. I was stressing last year that maybe I had cardiovascular disease, or something. I met with my doctor last November. He said my circulation is fine. I would say that t...

Re: Receiving Supplies and Water Chambers

My insurance is Aetna now, but I don't remember what it was years ago when I was getting supplies from a different company.

Re: Receiving Supplies and Water Chambers

With my old Fisher & Paykel, they just sent me everything and I just threw out the old stuff. I didn't really know anything, I guess.

Now I have a AirSense 10 and a different supplier company. So I was surprised when they said they only provided the chamber on request.

Receiving Supplies and Water Chambers

With a previous company, I believe a new water chamber was always included with my new supplies. I'm with a new company now and they didn't send me a water chamber. They also sent me the wrong parts, so I had to call and ask them to send me the correct stuff. But they also said that they only send a...

Man. I've had two machines and I didn't get to pick either.
My first was Fisher and Paykel... I think the model was Sleep Style 200 or something like that.
Now I have ResMed AirSense 10

Re: Diagnosed on June 18. AHI 26.8. What next?

Hi, James Bond. Welcome to the group and everything CPAP. I'm 42 and was diagnosed with apnea and first given a CPAP when I was 35. I'm 5'9" and at the time was in general good health. I'm athletic and like to work out and stuff, but I haven't been as committed as you are. Don't sweat it too much, l...

Re: Changing water

I was going to ask about this, so I'm glad I did a search and found that someone created this thread recently. I had the lady that was bringing me my machine say I could change it every other day. Then I went to the sleep specialist and she told me that I should change it everyday. For a while, I wa...

Don't we all!
It's amazing how your motivation changes when certain things start to not work so well. I hated CPAP, but I'm back on it now.

Re: ED and Sleep Apnea

So I'm coming up on 8 weeks of CPAP use this week. I've made progress but not particularly where I'd like to be. I suppose I'm at an average baseline for some 40+-year-olds, but I definitely need to make a better effort of getting more exercise.

Re: ED and Sleep Apnea

So, I'm just now past my first month of being back on CPAP. (4 weeks and a couple of days since Apr 13.) I say that I've had some improvement compared to where I was before this, but not quite the miracle pill results I've been hoping for. I am started to make a more concerted effort to exercise aga...
