I get this as well. I also use the Dreamware Nasal cushion. I am a side sleeper and it happens on the side that is against the pillow. I need to keep the humidity as high as it goes. If I start to feel sore, I use the Lansinoh. If it gets really sore, I use an antibiotic ointment during the day.

I just started using this machine and do hear the breathing noise coming from where the filter is. It’s less noisy than my Dreamstation was. It helped me to turn that side away from the bed.
