Re: Opinion needed: PR Dreamwear FFM

I have worn both and currently use the dreamwear. I've been wearing it since June. The mask is more comfortable than the amara view, the hose never gets in the way of tossing and turning. Also, I like the two vents so all of the air isn't being forced out of the front of your face which can disturb ...

Re: New ResMed Mask. AirFit F30

I'm currently using the dreamwear full face. But I won't be eligible for a new mask until December. My supplier probably won't have the F30 in until the new year, which bumps me to March.
LankyLefty will have done a video on it by then.

Re: dreamwear full face mask leaking

I am having a high pitched whistling noise and I have no idea where it's coming from. I've been wearing the mask since June without problems until now.
I'm going back to the Amara View until they send me a new dreamwear sometime next month.

Informal Poll: Dreamwear FFM or the AirFit F20?

I started CPAP in February with the Amara View FFM. I found it adequate. I've had the Dreamwear FFM since June. The convenience and comfort is beyond compare-- save for the leaks and "farting" noises coming from the dreamwear. My AHI is in the 1-3 range. Since many sing the praises of the Resmed Air...

Re: Dreamwear users- Advice requested

For colder air just don't put any water in the humidifier.

Re: Dreamwear users- Advice requested

I've had dreamwear full face for a week now and I bury my face in the pillow with it. It's still trial and error with it sliding up and down but I'm readjusting the mask or the straps themselves to get a better fit. It's much more comfortable than the Amara View that i was wearing up until this mask...

Re: I'm trying a dental device option

I've worn a mouthpiece for 2 1/2 years and got a crossbite from it before switching to CPAP.

Re: Nassau County - Need Help Finding Someplace To Get Fitting

There's Continued Care in Farmingdale near route 110
There's Community Surgical in Bayshore.

Myself and a number of my friends are on CPAP and we get our supplies at either shop.
They both have websites you can visit/contact/call

Re: Dreamwear Full Face Mask (No prescription required) $97

My only caveat is in the description it says:

"Includes a medium frame, headgear and small, medium, large and medium wide nasal cushions. It can accommodate full face, nasal and gel pillow cushions."

It might be just the nasal package. I'd contact the seller for clarification first.

Might need to switch to a bipap that has one setting for when you inhale and another (lower) when you exhale.

Re: Amara View mask

I've been wearing the mask for two months now and it's adequate. I have a 12 pressure setting and I have a low AHI usually 2 or less. I'm a side sleeper so the valve right on the front blows air directly on my spouse when I face her. Sometimes I feel like I have to really tighten the straps to stop ...
