Re: Does cpaptalk have dark mode?
Does cpaptalk have dark mode? Site is pretty bright at night. Just found a link https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extension/darkmode/ Does your monitor have a brightness control? Do you know when to zip it? Wow. Haven't been back to this post since then. So found chrome has a function to convert s...

Re: OT:::::Airbreak: Airsense S10 firmware hack
Very interesting Thread. I have a ResMed AirSense 10 AUTOSET, and I was pleased to see that it has Firmware SX567-0401. Don't worry, I'm not about to rat up my main machine. However, as I have to run mine in CPAP Mode at the 20 cm maximum, I'm interested in getting another S10 and seeing if I can u...

Re: Aircurve 10 ASV for Severe OSA startup
Hi Zonker, You never know sometimes but not worried. I had to click share links on imgur and select copy BB code to get pics posted on here and working great .Couldn't get it working on chat options. Have imported SPO2 data into my OSCAR file and it show what happened when I took my mask off at 9.40...

Re: Aircurve 10 ASV for Severe OSA startup
Pugsy, I thought you were a guy in your 60s/70s lol . Anyhow , forgot to put my SD card in Thursday night. Got it Friday though and my lowest AHI yet. No snoring and my SPO2 min was 93%. I upped min ipap to 12 (min EPAP 8 + min PS 4) and humidity set to 5 and 27C. Seemed to work well, tank used just...

Re: Aircurve 10 ASV for Severe OSA startup
I may of worded it incorrectly but nice to know what pressure it is. It’s interesting how some people can require double than other people. I’m not exactly small and expected it to be higher

Re: Aircurve 10 startout
From the DS1 , it's saying my 95% is set at 12 .The final one I upped pressure to 8 and tried AFLEX on 2 but felt was too low and bought back to 1 . O2 ring went off back to 88% so turned AFLEX off. Also felt I couldn't breathe as well, same feeling when machine was set on 4. Reduced max pressure to...

Re: Aircurve 10 startout
Made mistake by starting new thread so bringing everything and continuing on this thread. I had a call from my provider about discontinuing use of the Dreamstation 1 . Surprise surprise. I did go back over to the ASV last night and it just wanted to ram air in at times . Had Max epap and PS set at m...

Re: First weeks results is in AHI was 43 B4 cpap now 7.31
Thanks Pugsy, wish I had put in other thread and might transfer tomorrow. Upped pressure to 8 and tried AFLEX on 2 but felt was too low and bought back to 1 . O2 ring went off back to 88% so turned AFLEX off. Also felt I couldn't breathe as well, same feeling when machine was set on 4. Reduced max p...

First weeks results is in AHI was 43 B4 cpap now 7.31
Get a report tomorrow but have OSCAR. Currently running a Dreamstation with full face F&P Vitera mask. Have noticed on my O2 ring SPO2 levels have improved. Started week out at 2hrs, then 3 , missed Friday due to a few beers, didn't sleep well to end up with Sat on AHI 7.31. Machine set to no flex a...

Re: Sleep Study Results are Back
Nice to know someone who’s used both machines. I’m sticking with the ASV for now unless I got a good price and picked up a vauto instead. I like the humidity on it as well. Have also got an O2 ring than can export to Oscar as well which will be great too. Only other issue is I had trouble with the n...

Re: Sleep Study Results are Back
I’m in Australia and we need no prescription or laws from them selling on eBay. They’re trying to sell me a new Phillips machine(will find out model) and saying mine is for central’s. The Philips machine I like has the flex which is supposed to allow easier exhale but don’t know much about them . I’...

Re: Sleep Study Results are Back
Might try and sell it on ebay and see if I can get a aircurve 10 vauto which is all I really needed in the first place but couldn’t get one. They have a Phillips auto on trial to hire for a month which might be a newer model
