Lately it shows there are 1 or 2 "chatting live" but when you sign in and say hello, noone responds. Maybe they went away and left their computer on, and never logged off. Right now there are 2 names on there, one of which has been on there over 10 hours and non-responsive then and now.

At 8pm EDT I got into chat OK, but now at 9pm I can't - I get the blue screen with the 3 rectangles, and a cursor is blinking in the top one, but when I try to type my name, it doesn't do anything, just stays blinking.
