I would go ahead and rig up your old gear just like you had it a long time ago, until you get to talk to the doctor. Maybe you will be ahead of the curve. If it helps, great, otherwise you will have the numbers to show him.

Don't know about the 60, but the cms50 has to have a special cord, not just any ole usb cord you have lying around, but the one that came with it.

The exit hole expels the co2 so you don't re-breathe it. You might try a hose management system to keep your hose from moving your mask.

When you are trying to get well, you have to try things that might or might not work, starting with the simplest - that would be cpap. So try it before you have to investigate other, more complicated, solutions. Good luck

I know, I know! You have to use the usb cable that comes with the instrument. Don't know what it is, but that is the only one that works.
