Strangely enough, I do suffer from acid reflux, but ever since I started using the CPAP machine, I have not had one episode...even after taking the mask off early in the night. Same with me, GERD has basicly vanished with the use of xPAP .... I'll still have the rare episode after eating spicy food...

If they're a good price pick them up .. If worried about sanitation, clean them first, which is always a good idea...
I have seen packs of 2, 4, 6 and up of different pillows all opened but at great discounted prices.. Totally worth it for anyone..

No issues with not using a humidifier either and the CPP have yet to break down my door when doing such or changing pressure settings...

I had an endoscopy to check my stomach for an GERD as I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea they would not sedate me to put the camera down and I had to do it with a local throat anaesthetic. I am pretty sure that is standard now.. the same thing was done for me last year when I had the same procedure....

I can verify it works, I did use it this way when on the AUTO BiLevel (DreamStation) they had me on for that one week.. I was using the heated hose too .. the connection is the same...

The Respironics DreamStation machines have a removable humidifier so you can simply detach the entire humidifier and should be able to attach your hose to the blower. I have not seen one to confirm but if you can attach the hose to the blower unit it will work. I don't think it will work without th...

For the Dreamstation you can use it without the humidifier same with the ResMed 10 machines except you'll need the side cover in its place if you don't have the chamber ...
