Re: new CPAP user night 22 .......runny nose HELP!!!
Every morning about 20 minutes after I unplug my mask I start sneezing, nose runs like a faucet and right upper eye lid is very puffy. I am talking EVERY morning all day long. My machine is the AirSense 10 with the humidifier. My pressure is set at 9, hose temp at 72 and humidity at 4. My nasal mas...

Re: Newbie questions re effects of using nasal pillow mask
It's possible we mouth-breathed because we weren't getting enough air, and now that we are getting it, nasal breathing is enough.
Sounds like you are in good shape!

Re: Question for TapPap users
I used the TAP PAP for a couple months after Mohs nose surgery to avoid headgear, and never really liked the idea of putting my teeth in traction. Or the feeling. Loved not having headgear, though, that was the silver lining. I'm now using an AirFit N30 nasal mask. It's quite comfortable, those nas...

Question for TapPap users
Has anyone experienced their teeth or jaw moving (over a period of years) from using the TapPap mask? I use one and love it, but worry about my bite, which is more open than it used to be. Orthodontist evaluation says my lower jaw is too far forward. No way to tell if the mask had anything to do wit...

Pugsy thanks for your dedicated work!!
I tried to send you a PM right away, but the form wouldn't let me do it for some reason.
User error on my part, no doubt.

Re: Tap Pap to AirFit to Bleep
Raftar aka Firoj is a possible link farmer or malware distributer. If you search "routerlogin.uno" or "19216801.onl" or "192168ll.link" you see this junk all over. His script copies old posts, then edits the post 2 days later to insert the website links. One of the their sites that I checked is fla...

Folks, there are links embedded in the OP, do not click on them! This post was copied verbatim from my legit May 5 post and the links added. Not legit! (I reported to the admins.)

Hello Raftar, why did you take my entire post from earlier in the year, copy it, and put your name on it?
I don't mind seeing more replies to it, but it seems like an odd thing to do.

Re: My Bleep experience
Just wanna sympathize: That sucks. Yes the whole setup thing for some of these masks, but especially that one, gets in the way of just going to sleep or any of the other things at bedtime. I tried the Bleep but gave it up because the first night, it broke a blood vessel on the end of my nose that my...

Why so sleepy after years of success? Vaccine maybe?
Hi all, I'm seeing my primary care doc this afternoon for the yearly one-hour old folks evaluation, haha. (Turned 67 yesterday.) I have had some on-and-off sleepiness/fatigue ever since 10 days after the second Pfizer vaccine, and want to discuss it with him. The date I first felt the fatigue (heavi...

Re: Is SleepyHead still OK to use?
System One model...50 series so the very first model in the System One line. (there is/was a later 60 series line) Might remove the useless "remstar" word out of your signature line and replace it with system one. It would be more helpful in the future. Done! Thanks. Now I have to think of a name f...
