I've got my roommate who is a brand new Cpap user. She uses the exact same set up I have so you can look at my stats her pressure is 5.0 where mine is 18.0. That is the only difference between mine and hers set up. She doesn't do forums but I want to help her if I can. She has had the Airfit mask fo...

The Dreamstation is a good machine that is what I use. The only down fall is it doesn't give you very much info on the screen display, and the Dream mapper software doesn't give you all the info that it could so I have the program called Sleepy head which gives me alot of information.

My starting AHI is 107.8 so I wasn't getting any sleep at all. I feel much better than I did at least most days however I've never woke up with LOT...

I'm still fairly new to Cpap I got mine in January. I've spent months trying to find the sweet spot on the mask so it doesn't leak at all no matter what position I lay in. The down side to having found the sweet spot is that it leaves lines on my face even though I sleep on my back. Can someone plea...

Re: Hello...just getting started!
Merry Meet Texascatfan, I've only had my Cpap since January 9,2018. So I'm still fairly new to it. I think the biggest advice I can give you is don't give up on your cpap if you don't feel well rested right away. I'm I still feel tired through out the day if I don't use caffine. So you've been runni...

I need Idea's
I've always switched between my side and my back when sleeping do to how my shoulders feel. Now I'm a mouth breather I can't use a chin strap and still breath, yet I lay on my side with my Cpap mask on and all I do is drool all night long. I end up waking up to a white flakey thing flipping around i...
