Been at it about 6 months myself, and things seem to be going fine. The first week of using the machine, I used Ambien to get to sleep, that was my plan. Then went cold turkey, and haven't done that since, didn't sleep much at all the night after stopping the Ambien. Still use Melatonin occasionally...
