If you can't get it sorted out easily....take it back to where you got it and let them give it a try as well.
While it might be something simple that needs to be done.....it isn't impossible that you got a lemon and there is a 2 year warranty on these things (in the USA anyway).

Re: New info on Airsense/Aircurve 11 problems
what about the questions I asked? Will Medicare pay for the heated hose and a battery backup if the doctor puts it in the prescription? Medicare (and other insurance) WILL pay for the heated hose. It is considered a covered expense and there is an appropriate HCPCS billing code for it. HCPCS billin...

Re: OT; the other sleep demons that haunt our nights
You know to fix a pain you have to figure out what is causing the pain....and that's no easy task sometimes. You probably should see your doctor and go down the diagnostic road so you can know what you are dealing with and that will dictate your treatment options. Have you tried a heating pad? Have ...

Do you know what is causing the back pain? Muscle, bone, arthritis, strain???????
I have had allergy shots but many, many years ago. They helped tremendously. I forget just how long it took but it was many months for sure of once a week shots that I gave to myself.

Re: Eclipse Bleep
Trimming is necessary because if you don't then part of the adhesive will end up covering the metal ring and that stops the magnet from holding. The Eclipse box comes with these directions....so be sure to read the instructions. Pugs, if you've got an in with Bleep, pitch having the Halos made as a...

Check to make sure the humidifier water chamber is fully and completely inserted. I get that message and those results when I haven't got the water chamber inserted fully. It's not so much the mask itself that is leaking. Instead it is a big leak in the circuit due to water chamber not sealing compl...

Mostly how easy it is to use the adhesives, do they stay on all night, are they comfortable (although if you've been using it for two years I'm thinking yes Skin prep prior to applying the adhesives is going to be critical but if you do it right the adhesive won't come loose. As far as comfort...On...

That GT stuff... damn... you *are* hard-core.  I am fortunate that my skin isn't the paper skin that old people get. You know what I mean. My husband has the paper skin and if you just look at his skin sideways he bleeds something awful. I tested the Gorilla tape prior to going with it f...

Re: UARS but normal AHI RDI but Many spontaneous arousals
But why are you and other people who reply to me so reluctant to believe me when I say I have breathing problems when I’m sleeping? I can see it on Oscar. I even explained that in detail in my comment but you completely disregard it and immediately start telling me I just have insomnia. I never sai...

Re: UARS but normal AHI RDI but Many spontaneous arousals
I see that you’re looking at my past posts and quoting me, Actually you are quite incorrect. I wasn't talking about you at all and in fact I didn't even go back and read any of your old posts. I was talking to Rubicon (that's what it means when I quoted him) about some insomnia stuff in general bec...
