Eson2 has a washable diffuser; the diffuser on the original Eson isn't washable to my understanding. The Pico mask is very similar, but doesn't have as good diffuser/vent. I am surprised at how much cheaper APAPs are priced in Canada. During BF and CM, Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset with tubing and a limited mask selection were priced as low as CAD$545 or about US$400. Tech support has diagnosed a cell issue with the Pilot 24 Plus. They will be replacing the discontinued unit with the Pilot 24 Lite. The Co-Pilot 24 was checked out fine. Hope that they will work well together besides the difference in footprint.

One nasal mask with a diffuser is the Fisher and Paykel Eson2. I rotate this with my other masks. Good luck.
