I want to get a FF mask and I am very seriously considering the Hans Rudolph 7600 or the HC431. Wish you offered insurance on those. I'd pay to be able to return it if it didn't work right. $110 - $149 is a big chunk of change to eat if it doesn't fit me right. I'm terrified of purchasing and gettin...

I have a whole-house generator that I fire up manually when the power goes out, which is frequently (avg once/month). However, I just bought a 550VA UPS from Buy.com for 43 bucks. I was looking for a power-outage alarm and found this was about the same cost, and provided Automatic Voltage regulation...

Activa
I love the Activa and will mention that I notice that my nose 'just' fits inside the cushion. I actually believe this helps the mask stay in place and the seal intact. Perhaps your's is too large or not the right depth? I think that makes a difference. BTW my pressure is 14. Also, I am a big guy (ar...

S8 Elite is great
I have the S8 Elite and couldn't be happier. It is a compact, sturdy machine that has EPR available, and records/reports Efficacy data. (I also travelled recently with it and it dropped on the floor - HARD, with no damage at all. Had it checked out and it is just fine.) I would stay away from the co...

The Activa is an AWESOME mask!!!!
Hi everyone! I am new to CPAP and this forum, I just started on CPAP therapy on August 10. I was diagnosed with Severe OSA with an AHI of 59, and titrated to a pressure of 14. In the short time on therapy I've tried the Ultra Mirage II Nasal mask, the UMFF mask, and now the Activa. The Ultra Mirage ...
