Welcome, I too have learned what I know from this site. I don't pipe up much, but I visit, read and learn from this site most every day.

I've been using the Full Life for 3 or 4 wks now. My leak rate has always ranged in the 50's also. My pressure is 11.5cm/h20. My AHI is averaging anywhere from .5 to 2.0. I feel good so I haven't worried about it too much.

I've used a nasal comfortgel, and a F&P 432 FFM and the Fulllife. I like the fulllife the best. I get a better seal than the 432. It is a little rough on the nose, but I tape my nose bridge and am able to control it so far.

What is meant by flow limitations? I'm still rather new and still fiddling try to get the right mask - pressure setting. I've noticed that I have 0 flow limitations in my numbers but have no idea what that means.

Bill, how do you find the 432 seals with your beard? I have one and can't get the thing to not leak. Well over 100lpm most of the night.

Does anyone know if the silicone seal from the flexifit 431 fit the flexifit 432 frame? Having trouble with getting the 432 to seal. I've been in large leak about have of 2 nights I've used it. Leak rate way over 100 both nights, although I feel or hear no leaks.

I've been on a cpap for a full 3 wks now and am hav9ing trouble with mouth leaks. Apria RT is recommending that I try on of these masks. Anyone recommend one over the other. I do have a beard. They are resmed quattro, resmed ultra mirage full face mask, fisher paykel hc431, and the hc432. Thanks

Thanks for the encouragement. I've been on the CPAP 2 wks tomorrow. My leak rates are up in the 40's. So far I haven't been able to bring them down to an acceptable level. I think I'm going to try tape tonight. I'm afraid I'm not getting the proper therapy because I don't feel much different yet. Ha...
