Would someone please tell me how to see that Oscar post? Clicking on it doesn't work of course. Thank you!

Just curious - when did you get the OK to speak for Cpap.com (the red line at the end of your notes)?

Re: New CPAP User

Feel free to post a couple of Oscar charts (no calendar needed btw) but you may need to do it on e.g. Imgur.com with a link left in this thread because forum attachmts are full. Then people will help you interpret results and advise/suggest any changes that might need doing.

Re: New CPAP User

Hi, welcome to the forum :D . Can you fill in your Profile with type of machine/model, etc and mask details please so we'll all know what you have when reading/advising... thanks. Once that's done we'll see what's what.

Nope, but lots of others here have done so - do a keyword forum search for details.

Re: Oral device/mouthpiece and jaw ache

Oral devices... e.g. TMJ and others, which is not to say many aren't happy with them and feeling better. FF masks don't cause anything like the same problems, though (als0) many have somewhat smaller complaints re fit, leaks, etc etc.

Has anyone noticed that Gebo's last post was in May? And he probably hasn't been back since?

Re: New to CPAP, Need help reading OSCAR data

Do you take any medication? Have you looked up side effects (the kind affecting sleep)?

Your chart looks pretty good, but others with more knowledge of Reras, etc. should be along to comment on those.

Sleeping on your back almost always shows up with a lot more hypopneas than side sleeping does.
