Hose Cover Silences Hose

I purchased a hose cover from CPAP.com to take care of the rainout/condesation problem I was having--but, it also took care of that noisy hose when it rubbed on the night stand or headboard as I toss & turn at night--silences hose movement noise (and takes care of the associated false VS readings)! ...

That's a funny pic, John. I ain't "queen" of nuttin. Just one of many frogs in a tiny little pond. All that my number of posts reflects is: 1. I'm OLD! 2. semi-retired with plenty of time. 3. turn a computer on every day. 4. still have an amateur fascination with everything about "sleep." And, #5 "...

Did the same

I had the same problem today. I am formatting the card now. I saved the data on to my PC first. In a sort of related question, is there a way to just download the previous night or week's data? My card only has a few months worth of data on it and it takes a long time to download. My PC is no slouc...

Encore Viewer Missing "Daily Details"

This morning when I copied data from my SmartCard, then looked at the report with Encore Viewer, the "Daily Details" page for last night was not there. It shows the date (11/2) in the summary data, and in all of the other pages, just not the details of the date. Does this mean my SmartCard is full a...

Oh well.

Oh, I see--yes, all insurance coverage is different. It is such a shame that some companies have rules that force us to pay higher prices or settle for inferior products is order for them to pay.

Take care,

Oh YES!

Yes, you must use it! If you're having untreated apnea events during those 5-6 hours of sleep, then you're subjecting yourself to all of the health risks associated with OSA.

CPAP.COM

Bought mine from CPAP.com as well. Best prices (I shopped around!), super service. Just to give you an example of how good they are--I ordered my Pad-A-Cheek from them, and they shipped it via USPS since it was a small item--when it didn't arrive, they sent me another via UPS for FREE! Now, that's e...

Best I've seen, too!

I agree, Slinky! I found this on the forum, then couldn't find it again to thank the poster (thought it was Rested Gal).

Best, clearest explanation of SDB I've seen--have watched it several times, and got my wife and son to watch it as well.

"Clear" Cleared!

Well, I used Clear for the first time last night--I've been dealing with nasal congestion for the past couple of weeks, waking up a night unable to breath through my nose. Not last night! Wondering if that's why SleepGuy called this aroma "Clear." Oh, this was wonderful!

[quote="SleepGuy"]Sleepycarol, thanks for all of the encouragement and feedback. I also appreciate your offer about postage--I didn't mean to ignore it. I decided to make it a free trial so postage is on me--don't worry about it. I am a firm believer in "what goes around comes around" and every time...

I adjusted mine--after I learned I wasn't receiving therapy

I've been using my CPAP for a year and a half. My sleep study indicated that I needed a constant pressure of 6. Several months ago, I decided to do a little research, found out that I could acquire the therapy report software, and realized from those reports that my numbers (AHI) were very high, I j...
