Re: Dissappointing doctor
Sorry for my short post earlier ( was late for an appointment ) and welcome to new world that can be somewhat overwhelming. Am relatively new to the Apnea thing but not to dealing with doctors, etc. I am currently in a position similar to yours and will offer my thoughts based on my humble opinion. ...

Re: Newbie Thanks, But I Have Another Question
I am sorry that I cannot offer an answer but I can tell you that I am experiencing the same thing. I called and talked with my RT and she said that my body was adjusting to the pressure as I slept and that this was normal and that the machine was actually still working. I called the "Sleep Medicine"...

Re: Call For CPAPAuction.com Feedback System Opinions

Re: Medicare Oxygen changes

Re: PLMD and pain
That would be kinda like -- we wouldn't have any crime if we make everything legal. And the phantom pain thing is real -- Got my right hand intertwined in a table saw some seven years ago and, long story short, had to have one of the fingers, that they had reattached, removed. If I don't look at my ...

Re: PLMD and pain
Nope -- don't have that. Just read about claudication on the Mayo Clinic web site. They were talking about, that if it got bad enough, could require taking off the legs. Nope -- no way I got that.

Re: PLMD and pain
Am not currently a smoker since I was diagnosed with COPD some two years ago and put on supplemental oxygen.
Will do some research into claudication.
Thanks for the comment,
Norm

Re: PLMD and pain
The hurting is in both of my legs primarily in the lower calves. It bothers me every day, all day. When I get up in the morning I feel as though I walked in a marathon the day before. Am doing a little assuming here in thinking that is is caused by the PLMD as no one has actually told me that. I che...

You could possibly adjust your ramp pressure and/or time to address the 'tickle' issue.
