To get your events graph to show, there is a slider button hiding under the publisher icon on your taskbar. Click that and turn back on all of the events (any with a red mark are off) make sure all are green

Re: Sleepyhead newbie
Numbers look fine but you do have some large leaks going on (the grey shaded areas) mainly look like mouth breathing as they have flat tops.

Re: Starting to freak out over high AHI on CPAP
There are known issues with sleepyhead showing strange (very low) ahi when flow data is missing probably a bug... now you have flow information the subsequent sleepyhead ahi should match the machine pretty closely

The S10 with smartstart enabled should behave in the same way. Mine does.

My ramp is off but powering on the machine to takes about 20-30 seconds to get to the prescribed pressure so I think turning ramp off will do what you want.

Re: Buy refurb?
Remember medical equipment does not come out of your handheld allowance so have your cpap machine in addition to your normal bags in its own bag. I slip mine over the handle of my roller bag and keep it by my feet rather than placing in the overhead bins.

Re: Newbie to CPAP
A treated AHI of 25 is not great. It maybe you need more pressure or something. Download sleepyhead and post up some graphs and we can see what’s going on.
