From your screen shot you did not have your machine in auto mode. It was still in CPAP mode I think... it seems you went to fixed pressure 20 no wonder it was intolerable

Change your machine mode to Autoset. Then the additional settings will be availiable

Con you turn off or reduce EPR your graphs look like periodic breathing to me an the Hypopnoeas may be central apnoea, I and hoping reducing epr makes you feel more comfortable.were you asleep whilst on the machine for that time

It looks to me like first he needs to get his leaks sorted as he spent 32% of the time in Large Leak and the large number of UA’s is due to the machine being unable to detect the type of Apnoeas due to the leaks.

Use your drinking water...tap or bottled or whatever. The worst thing that will happen is you get a bit of mineral build up in the water chamber but it is easily removed with a bit of vinegar or lemon juice. The ca’s that are there are not enough to worry about, your Autoset is treating successfully your obstructive apnoea.

Download OSCAR and make sure you have an SD card in the machine we can then see what is happening when you are asleep

I agree with Pugsy, I sometimes open my mouth whilst sleeping which cases a large leak, anything less than 10% large I don’t worry about unless I find it wakes me up. Over time its reduced and with the Bleep Nasal mask I know its not mask movement leaks which used to feature quite highly in my numbe...

The Resmed P10 vents forward but is so diffused you cant feel it more than 1 inch from the vent
