Re: Confusion over cleaning hose/tubing
you don't mention if you have a heated tube. if so, just turn off humidity, turn off auto start, turn up temp to 86 and let it run for about an hour. if you don't have a heated tube, then I have no idea. btw, when you get the chance, would you fill in your equipment profile? when you do, it'll show ...

Re: Airwaav
Hi all, I found a device that keeps my tongue on the roof of my mouth at night and I want to share my findings. It's an Airwaav Recovery mouthpiece for athletes. https://airwaav.com/collections/airwaav/products/airwaav-recovery-mouthpiece?tw_source=google&tw_adid=&tw_campaign=20758147160&gad_source...

Re: When to end CPAP
I have been on CPAP for over 10 years and my apneas have been consistently at 1.0 to 1.4 for the last 3 years. Do I still need to be on CPAP therapy? Can you ever be cured? I did lose some weight during the pandemic (about 60 lbs) which might be a contributing cause. Thanks for your input. try slee...

Re: Mask cleaning question

Or are they safe to use straight out of the packaging? Thanks all :) it'll be fine right out of the box. unless you have a problem wit...

Re: Not sure the sleep doctor has this one right!
you asked "why do I sleep so long?". now i'm not trying to be a smart aleck here, but it may be because your body needs it.
or are you saying you're sleeping longer now than at any other time in your life?

Re: Not sure the sleep doctor has this one right!
Hi pugsy. I registered on this board a long time ago, so have patience with me. I now have a new Resmed Aircurve10 and had decided not to chase any more rainbows with the Resmed AirSense10 Auto although it is only about 1 year old. I have OSCAR and it works on both machines. I only have two nights ...
